Need info for shipping in canada

I'm trying to do FBM in canada, and i need information about available shipping services within canada to deliver my orders.
is there any other cheap shipping services which you can suggest within canada? im looking for it but the shipping cost is 3x of actual order price if i ship to other state! , thankyouu and waiting for your kind reply!

We usually use UPS, followed by Purolator, and finally Canada Post for the really rural addresses.
Lately though, Purolator has been beating UPS on price for most of our shipments.
