Lets Suppose if a customer buy a product then put negative review, when the review is active after some days He return the order so the point is that if someone return the product then why his or her review is live on the listing?

Posting a review of a product has nothing to do with them returning it, or not.

Short answer is yes, reviews will remain active even if customers return the products after leaving the review. As mentioned by @Seller_kNAboD6kRgVt7, one thing has nothing to do with the other.
As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved.
However, there are some situations when Amazon will remove or strike-through buyer feedback. In such situations, if your request is granted, the impact of the feedback will be removed from your feedback rating and Order Defect Rate (ODR).
