Custom reports data fields are not visible. Create a custom report button is missing ...
When selecting the custom reports tab, the page appears with limited information. There are two options "Active reports & Archive reports" Both have a row with what I am guessing is the header of the data fields and neither has any cells below, just the footer of the web page.
I have a professional seller's account, but even when I had an individual seller's account, I also incurred the same problem.
My goal is to create custom reports with the data fields. I would then export them into Excel and organize my sales data to then upload it to my accounting software.
Can you please provide me a solution to the problem listed and the best way to view my sales data (orders, returns, reimbursements, returns, etc.) in separate individual xls or xlsx file types?
A big "Create New" button should be there or something.
