Amazon's competitive pricing is broken, it's not including shipping.
I randomly get told to match competitor pricing but when I search for said pricing, I found the major retailer but there's a $9.97 shipping fee and I've shown proof of this 5 times and talked to 10 different people. Why is amazon support so useless? "Internal team" just says I need to match competitive pricing....., Any tricks on getting someone that knows anything within Amazon?

These cases where they don't factor in shipping usually require a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get resolved. You have to keep escalating and demand until you get someone from the captive team. All for the AI to reverse the fix 3-6 months later, rinse and repeat.

You won't get anywhere if you keep creating tickets. you need to keep escalating the same ticket.
