A-to-Z Claim
Why is Amazon counting the claim against ODR when refund has been issued before the customer filed the claim? We have received the return package on Dec 17th, 2024 at 8.38AM and processed the refund at 10.55AM and customer filed the claim at 12.17PM. Does anyone has any clue what's going on? Looks like Amazon doesn't want 3rd party sellers on their platform now LOL

Hello @Seller_9YP7YHagiaxYP,
This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!
I understand your concern about having an A-to-z claim counted against your ODR despite issuing a refund before the claim was filed. Since this post is from a while ago, I'd like to know if you still need assistance with this matter.
If you do, could you please share any case ID if you've already contacted Seller Support about this? If you haven't contacted Seller Support yet, please provide the order ID associated with this claim so I can look into this further for you.
Best regards,
-Josh
