A-to-z Granted for DNR while saying I provided suffient proof it was delivered...

Another ridiculous claim granted, while Amazon admits that we provided sufficient proof it was delivered, they still debited our account for non-receipt.
Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: No
Order ID: 701-2786425-9069836
Product amount: CAD 90.34
Why is this happening?
The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves that the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate.
As it was delivered to the correct address, and it is a small dollar amount please have this reimbursed, Amazon is not protecting the sellers and keeps throwing us under the bus more and more. Hopefully you can help with this and rebuild some trust.

I would like to inform you that I was checking your claim for Order ID 701-2786425-9069836 and I do see I here that the tracking number does not have a signature as proof of delivery, so while the product might be in the correct address, we can not confirm if the seller did or did not receive the package.
For this reason, the claims have been granted but is not affecting your account health.
