How to apply to Amazon Small Business Badge?
We already tried to apply to a Small Business Badge but we were declined for this reason:
Thank you for your interest in being identified as a Small Business Brand on Amazon.com. We have assessed your small business eligibility. Unfortunately, we have determined that your business does not qualify as a Small Business Brand because your brand-owning business is not based in the US.
My question is, we are based in Florida but we don't own any brands we are authorized on some Brands and we have a Brand Registry, are we eligible to apply for a Small Business Badge even if we don't have the brand owning?

In regard to your inquiry, In the US, we follow Gartner's definition of small business. Small businesses are eligible for this badge if they are registered with Brand Registry or participate in the Handmade program. The specific products that receive the badge are from small business brands and artisans based in the US.
This means in this case, only brand owners will be able to apply for small business brand.
