Customer Requesting Refund to Remove Negative Review
The order was processed and delivered by UPS, including photo proof of delivery, within 2 days.
The customer reached out and reported the package missing. We offered a no-hassle refund as we were out of stock to send a replacement and suggested they order from someone else.
They took offence to this and tried to intimidate us by repeatedly messaging and threatening to leave a negative review, start a Reddit thread, and attack our Google profile. We suggested they reach out to Amazon if they are not satisfied with our resolution as we did everything at our disposal to make it right.
They left a 1-star review with inaccurate comments and requested a refund to remove the review - although we had already offered a refund. We reminded the customer that it is against Amazon's policy to request compensation for leaving a good review or removing a bad one.
Despite doing everything right, losing our product, and providing a refund, the customer's review stands. We have flagged the conversation for Amazon review several times, but no outcome yet.
Looking for some help from Amazon to look into the issue and possibly remove the negative review.

For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
Looking for some help from Amazon to look into the issue and possibly remove the negative review.
I would like to know more about this, if this was negative feedback or negative review, because currently we can not remove negative reviews.
Please know that reviews are for the ASIN itself and not for the seller, however if this was negative feedback we can see if we can escalate your case for review.
