8 out of 17 packages lost
As the title states, 8 out of my 17 shipments to FBA have been lost. Is this the same ratio as everyone else ? Should I be expecting this going forward and adjust accordingly ?

Definitely, this is not the expected scenario. Could you please share the 8 shipment IDs that are lost? It will allow us to investigate further.
Additionally, by any chance, have you contacted Selling Partner Support or the Carrier to comprehend what happened to it? If so, can you share more details, such as: the outcome of the conversation, the case ID (if any).
