no support -- ASINs suppression appeals for Class I medical devices
Hi there Mods
I am wondering if you can help with our best selling ASINs being removed and suppressed due to being flagged as class I medical devices.
We first got these policy violations in october for 7 other child ASINs (color difference), we appealed and they were approved to be sold.
Last week, our best 2 selling Child AINs were flagged and we submitted the appeal, but we were only given 1 day and listing were quickly removed. They are the same item as other Child ASINs, just different color.
there was a previous case ID 18789457631 that approved the other 7 child ASINs. (We have started the process of reinstating the product detail page, and you may relist the product as needed. Please note that the reinstatement may not take effect immediately but the process should be completed within the next 2 business days.)
We have also uploaded the french lable requirements images for all 6 sides.
Can you please take a look at case iD 18922854911. 18922835361 and. 18922936361.
Now we are without out best selling 2 ASINs as no one is looking at these cases.

It is not
Provided all necessary documents, zero regard + copy-paste reply after a week.
