I can't connect through a call with Seller Support, I constantly get the message "Support currently unavailable No support agents are available right now. Please try again later."

Does anyone else have this problem? I can get email help but they just respond with a generic answer and did not look at the proof.

I have an Inbound Performance defect for 36 missing items. I have proof with the weight of each ASIN, shipping label showing weight of 34 pounds total for the shipment box, even a UPS invoice showing that the box weight is actually more than 34 pounds after they reconciled it. If I had not sent those 36 items, the box would only weigh 14 pounds.

I thought Account Health Support could help me, but they said I need to call Seller Support, they agreed that speaking with someone so they could look at the proof would be the best venue, but I've been getting the message of "Support currently unavailable. No support agents are available right now. Please try again later." for the entire day.

  1. Go to Seller Central and click Help at the top right.
  2. Choose Help & Resources from the drop-down menu.
  3. Then, click “My issue is not listed.”
  4. You will be asked to describe the issue. Briefly explain the issue, trying to be as precise as possible, and click Continue.
  5. You will be presented with several options depending on what you typed. Choose again, “My issue is not listed.”
  6. Then, choose “Account Related.”
  7. You will now be able to choose the contact method. You can choose phone, chat or email.
