$200 Promotional Credit
I have received an email from Amazon stating
"Launch your first campaign to receive $200. For this year’s Prime Day shopping period, we’re offering you promotional clicks worth $200 when you launch your first campaign with a setting of “no end date.”
I created my first campaign with a setting of no end date however I do not see any way of adding the $200 promotional credit to my Amazon Campaign Manager.

This is the policy page for New Seller Incentives for your review. In looking at the Sponsored Products credit, I don't see where $200 is the number, but I do see there was/is a $50 credit. See below:
For new sellers who use Sponsored Products, benefits include the following:
$50 in promotional clicks for using Sponsored Products. Help customers find your products by quickly creating ads that appear in related search results and product pages. Additional terms and conditions may apply for Sponsored Products.
