Order cancelled but item has Been shipped anyway
I did everything I could to stop Amazon from shipping an MCF order to a customer but they sent it anyway even though I cancelled the shipping order I wrote to support to say that the order was cancelled the item should not be shipped it should be returned to my stock they didn't listen.
How can you help me please?

You could contact the buyer and ask them to refuse the delivery (or make arrangements to have them return it).
