Brand Registry!!!
Hello, my brand has been rejected and I think I understand why now. Please I have all the correct pictures, trademark, invoices, llc, EIN, literally everything needed for brand registry. It was rejected like a month ago and I can't file a new brand because my trademark name says it's being appealed even though the case already got rejected. Please I need help because I'm literally stuck in the process until somebody helps me. My supplier already has my product ready to be put in inspection and is waiting for the SKU. So, please help because I really need to create a listing under my brand.

Hello there, my name is CR and want to hop in here to see if I can get some clarification on what is going on here.
Are you saying you had an application you submitted that was rejected, or that you had closed out the corresponding case for the application?
Can you explain this further? You will need to have a trademark in order to apply for the Brand Registry.
If you are unable to reapply for Brand Registry because a current application is 'pending' I may be able to help out with that further.

It appears that your application was blocked due to failed business verification.
From what I see on my end you were informed about this and provided a path to appeal. If you did not save the appeal information you should be able to view this via your 'Manage Applications' page.

My question is - is this a normal part of the process, or has something potentially gone wrong? I am told on different forums that others got there brand registered in a few days. I'm worried that I did something wrong. It has now been almost 2 months for me. I’m getting no responses and no help. I understand that the process takes time, but I just want to make sure that I'm on the right track and that there aren't any issues with my application that I need to address. Any insights or advice from those who have been through the process or who are familiar with it would be greatly appreciated. Any insight or help would be appreciated. And I can resubmit another application because my brand name says under review. I feel that if someone can just look at the documents I submitted then we can fix these issues right away. And then my supplier can stop yelling at me to give him the SKU. And I don’t want to create a listing as generic for my product. I need brand registry. Also, sorry for creating multiple forum. I just feel like nobody is actually helping me. Like yes I have my llc, I have my trademark even if it’s pending that’s alright, and I have pictures of it with my logo.

so brand registry responded back to me after rejecting me again and said
"Hello from Brand Registry,
Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected.
Why did this happen?
This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form. Please note that enrollment in Brand Registry is at Amazon’s sole discretion. Any misuse of Amazon’s Brand Protection tools or suspected misconduct in the acquisition or maintenance of your intellectual property rights may lead to restrictions or removal from Brand Registry.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all brands in Brand Registry, we conduct business verification checks before completing enrollment. Upon review, we noticed discrepancies in the information provided for your business. Ensuring accuracy is critical for maintaining the integrity of Brand Registry and providing the best service to our customers. As a precautionary measure, access to your application will be locked for 90 days to allow you to provide the correct information through our appeal process."
