Amazon Approved My Toys - Then Called Them DEFECTIVE! What's Going On?
My toys passed Amazon’s pre-shipment compliance review, but as soon as they arrived, every unit was auto-flagged as "Defective"—no notice, no explanation!
What’s Happening:
Chinese CS: Says it’s a "compliance issue" but won’t give details—just tells me to remove inventory.
English CS: Keeps saying "wait for updates," but nothing changes.
Need Help With:
Why were approved toys flagged after arrival?
How do I get Amazon to provide proof of the issue?
