We’ve added the option to block Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders in Canada from being shipped by Amazon Logistics. Using this feature will result in a 5% surcharge on your MCF order.

The new option was added for sales channels that don’t yet allow the use of Amazon Logistics as a carrier.

There are three ways to block Amazon Logistics as a carrier for MCF orders:

• At the account level in Seller Central: To block Amazon Logistics for all MCF orders, select the Block Amazon Logistics option in your Multi-Channel Fulfilment settings.
• At the individual order level in Seller Central: To block Amazon Logistics for specific MCF orders, select the Block Amazon Logistics option on the MCF order creation page.
• At the individual order level using the Selling Partner API: To block Amazon Logistics for specific MCF orders, use FeatureSettings for your createFulfilmentOrder request. For more information, review our developer documentation. This feature is only available on our new Selling Partner API.
