letter of authorization - listing

I was approved to sell items of a brand.

Now Amazon requires a letter of authorization granting me to sell my wholesaler's goods (they are an official licenser of this brand).

Does anyone have a sample of this letter?

No, because if there was a sample of the letter, sellers would forge it.

There are some guidelines here though:

It has to be from the brand owner authorizing you to resell their goods and show that the wholesaler your using is authorized by the brand owner.
