Order # 702-3742212-5369051.

We need Amazon's help with this order. After we shipped the item, the customer requested a refund, so we refunded the money. However, this item was delivered to the customer.

Shipping company: Canada Post

We have asked the customer to return the item, but it has not yet been returned. So please return the price of this item and the shipping cost back to us.

Why would they do that? You refunded the customer after the customer requested a refund, see below:

Why did you refund the customer while the goods were in transit? Was the order late? Did the customer change their mind on the purchase before it arrived?

If the order was not delivered within the required time frame you are out of luck and Amazon should not reimburse you

If the customer just chaged their mind then never refund until they return the goods.

Your only hope here is that if the customer is willing to return the item (they are not obligated to) then you might get the goods back. If the customer is willing to return the order I highly doubt that they will cover the return costs so even if they are willing to return you will need to send them a pre-paid return label.
