Questionable buyer messages: "Can you provide an invoice for my order #"
Over the last week, we've received 5 messages from different customers asking, "Can you provide an invoice for my order # XYZ". The reason it's questionable is each order was for an FBA payment pending. Has anyone had similar experiences recently?

When Amazon ships, the invoice comes available on the the buyers orders page.

I see that you have a situation with customer asking for invoice of their orders. Although we cannot confirm the reason why 5 different customers are asking for the same, at least you can instruct them on how to search for their invoices, as they can even print them if needed. I found on Amazon.ca the following help page with instructions on how to print invoices, which can help them easily locate each invoice for their orders:

I experienced this too, for once. I was a bit wondering too because I know the customer can find the invoice copy easily in their account. Even though the invoice was sent with the order and the order arrived early with tracking and delivery proof, this customer filed an A to Z claim. I still don't know why, but feeling the customer was playing a trick in order to get free products or something.
