[Need help] Issues with Account Suspension and Verification Process
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my frustrating experience as a new seller on Amazon and to seek advice or assistance from those who might have faced similar challenges.
I recently created a seller account on Amazon, meticulously following the registration steps and providing all required information and documentation. All my documents, including identification and bank statements, are accurate, up-to-date, and in my name. After completing my registration, I listed my first products and soon faced an account suspension.
Amazon requested a video call interview for further verification, which I promptly attended. During the call, the Amazon representative asked numerous questions, and I provided all requested information. Subsequently, they asked for additional documentation, such as credit card statements and bank account statements for disbursements, which I submitted as per their requirements. After this, my account was reactivated, and I started listing products again.
However, not long after, my account was suspended once more. This time, the reason given was, "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history." Amazon then requested utility bills (electricity, water, or internet) for verification. I uploaded both my electricity and internet bills, ensuring they were recent (within 90 days) and in my name, matching the address provided in my account.
Despite fulfilling all these requirements, my account remains suspended. Amazon's responses have been automated, stating that the information provided is insufficient, but no specifics are given on what is missing or incorrect. I am left feeling disheartened and frustrated, as I have complied with all requests and yet my account is still not verified.
I am beginning to wonder if Amazon is making it unnecessarily difficult for new sellers like me to establish ourselves on the platform. Has anyone else faced similar issues? How did you manage to resolve them? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I hope to find some resolution with your help.

Hello @Seller_VSmgR9fmMI6rL,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums.
From what you have shared, I understand that despite your attempts verify your account it remains deactivated and you have questions about how to address this.
To address this deactivation, you will be asked to provide one of the following documents:
--A valid business license OR
--A utility bill dated within the last 90 days (piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service)
If the bill is unable to be verified or there is a mismatch of information, your submission may be rejected. Do you have any other bills that you can submit for review? Do you have a business license?
Can you share the most recent follow-up notification you received after your submission, so we can take a look? When sharing notifications, please ensure that your personal information has been removed.
I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
