Weird message from someone prentending to be from Amazon Business (Does this seems legit?)

I received this message from someone pretending to be working with Amazon business. I feel this might some sort of scam...does this looks legit to you ?

Amazon would not contact you through their messaging system. Only email or phone call. This appears to be a customer wanting a discount.

Report the buyer. That's not Amazon. If they want to reach out to you for that, they would do it via email not buyer-seller messaging.

I'm smelling a scam, where he will tell you to deliver it to a different address than on the order, then file a chargeback / a-to-z claim, and you lose.
