Amazon Add On items for products under $10

Now that Amazon has gotten rid of the Small and Light program, do items under $10 get added to the Add On program?

I want to start selling products at $9.99 but don't want them to get flagged as an add on program.

The FBA Small and Light program was closed and Low-Price FBA rates were introduced. Refer to the Low-Price FBA fees page for more details. Products priced under $10 will automatically receive Low-Price FBA rates. You can refer to the tables on that page for details on what the FBA fulfillment fees will be for your product, depending on size tier and shipping weight.
