Shipment delivered 2 months ago closed with 0/100 units received. Need mods please!
Hey guys!
About two months ago, I sent a straightforward shipment to an Amazon warehouse: one box, one ASIN, 100 units. The tracking confirmed it was delivered about seven weeks ago.
However, 7 weeks on, Amazon has not processed any of these units and recently closed the shipment record, with still 0/100 units received. This is obviously wrong. The box was fairly heavy, it obviously wasn't empty.
After contacting Seller Support, they requested invoices for around 40 shipments. I managed to provide all the requested documentation which took quite a bit of effort, but soon after submission, they closed my case. Their final response stated that after an additional review, they found no records of any units in this shipment...
Could really use some advice or help from the mods to escalate this issue.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Sorry to bump this thread but I could really use some help from a mod to escalate this.
Also, can someone tell me how to tag mods?
Ricardo must find me so annoying... but he's the only one I'm able to tag.
I know lots of mod names but when I type "@" and start typing their name, they don't come up...

Hello @Seller_MYY5uBmeYyehr
This is Christine from Amazon Forums.
I have brought the case to the team in charge, for review.
As soon as I have an update, I will contact you through here.

Just received this message:
-------------
Thank you for your patience while our team performed a final review.
Please know that we conducted a thorough investigation into the reported missing units, and found no trace of the expected items, nor any similar ASINs or overages within the fulfillment network.
While we understand your frustration with this resolution, the shipment remains ineligible based on current FBA policy.
The reported missing inventory was marked as "investigation completed - shipment contents counted and confirmed". This can occur when inventory sent with a shipment does not match the expected UPCs/ASINs as outlined in the shipment plan, does not contain the expected labeling or prep, or do not arrive as expected.
----------------------------
Again, this case really should be as simple as it gets.
A single box shipment containing 100 units of 1 ASIN.
The tracking shows it was delivered to Amazon and it shows in Amazon's system as well.
Is there anyway a mod can look further into this? This decision feels extremely arbitrary and I wasn't given any logical reason why it shouldn't be reimbursed or what could have happened to my units AFTER they were delivered to Amazon.

Could anyone tell me what I can do about this now?
It still seems to me like a very obvious case where I should 100% be reimbursed.
Should I create another case or e-mail the executive team?
