Downgrading account
I want to downgrade my account to individual but i cant because in my account the menu is blocked. it says "service associated with account" so i cant downgrade. I have unified account and am getting charged every month so my account is now in negative balance. I tried seller support but they could not help. I dont have any sales or active inventory in fba.

This is Christine from Amazon Forums.
I have checked your account and I do see indeed there are services associated with the account, and these services are only available with professional accounts such as Amazon Business and Sponsored products.
You will need to unroll from this services first in order to be able to downgrade your account to individual.
You can contact Seller Support so they can help you opt out from these programs.
