Chinese Sellers Hijacked my Listing! HELP!
Multiple chinese FBM sellers have joined my brand registered listing. Of course they are undercutting the price and they are just dominating the buy box. Tried to do a test buy but it says will arrive in April. Absolutely no help from seller support. They are obviously hurting my sales as I don't have ownership of the buy box even tough it is MY brand, MY listing and if they sell some fake and cheap product to the buyers then the bad review will be on MY listing. This is clearly harming my business and Amazon doesn't do anything about it. What was the reason for brand registry then???
What are some tips to get this issue fixed ASAP??

To give a better answer, a little more bckground information is necessary. Where did you have the product made? In the USA or is it a China made product?

There is no way to save your listing. Because Amazon always doing nothing to protect brand sellers. I also met this problem last month, and there is no solutions. I fully understand that Amazon might allow some products on the platform to be resold. However, I believe that such resale should be based on the reseller having a brand authorization, or the reseller selling noted old, used items. As a Chinese seller here, I have to say I hate all Chinese sellers on Amazon, they steal other people's listings by means of vicious competition, and beat other people's good products to gain sales by means of maliciously bad reviews.
