The certificate is printed on letterhead with the manufacturer's header
The ASIN on the proof matches the ASIN in the question sheet
The UPC/EAN in the compliance proof matches the UPC/EAN in the question sheet
The product names in the compliance certificate match those in the question sheet
Has a statement been provided on "How can the product not be recalled"
