VTR Valid Tracking Rate PUROLATOR

Having problems with VALID TRACKING RATE . I have never seen this before . Over the last 2 weeks or so my VTR has went from maybe 100% as it has been for 4 years or so and now it is sitting at 73%. I have about 165 packages right now that are all PUROLATOR. They have all been signed for and delivered. But my spread sheet is showing no tracking and not delivered. How is it that UPS CANADA POST CANPAR Fedex dont have this issue.

I have been telling shipping this week to stop using Purolator hoping my VTR rate will start to go back up. This has never happened before and i want to know who needs to fix this PUROLATOR or Amazon . Where does the problem arise?.

Adding to this we also use CANADA POST , UPS , CANPAR

These companies have no issue. We have orders shipped the same days . No issue with these companies. We will need to stop using Purolator and adjust our prices higher because of this issue.

Same problem here. And calling Amazon helpdesk since April and every day the VTR is dropping, which is not good for our account health. Even we had all valid on time tracking information. This is something between Purolator & Amazon system. But we the sellers are the victims here. Amazon should fix this problem as soon as possible!! Sellers' voice should be heard... Thank you.

This is a known issue that has been and continues to be forwarded for further research, and it is currently undergoing review.
