feedback remove

May I ask the buyer in the order feedback to us, there is his own personal information, very believe, related to the privacy of the buyer, how should I delete?

It's not a review, it's what's on the front page of the store

You need to request removal for this feedback via feedback manager,

Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:

- The feedback includes obscene language.

- The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.

- The entire feedback comment is a product review.

- Strike through feedback if it is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.

If you self fulfilled, it will not be removed. The personal information is the buyer's not yours, and though a violation on the buyer's side, Amazon will not remove it.

You can notify the buyer that it is possible to update, remove, or provide additional feedback if they wish to do so. Remember that pressuring or incentivizing a buyer to remove or modify negative feedback is a violation of our policies.

You can contact a buyer regarding feedback by using one of the following options:

Use the Feedback Manager

  1. Go to Feedback under the Performance tab.
  2. In the Recent Feedback table, select Contact Customer under the Actions column next to the designated Order ID.

Use the Buyer-Seller Messaging templates

Please note that you can only use the Buyer-Seller Messaging templates to contact a buyer in regards to an order or a customer service question. Buyers can remove their feedback on a seller transaction at any time within 60 calendar days from the date they originally left the feedback.

You can also request feedback removal as @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI mentioned by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Feedback Manager.
  2. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.

If the buyer uses their own persona information this is grounds for removing the feedback. I have been successful at this just for using their name so request a feedback removal through Amazon

Update since I posted this I guess sometime in the last year Amazon modified their rule to being seller-specific personally identifiable information only So if the buyer uses their personally identifiable information the feedback will stand.

(I'd also screenshot their feedback for your records first, as it has their FULL name and address)

just ignore it. dont try to contact the customer as the mod suggested.

If the buyer uses their own persona information this is grounds for removing the feedback. I have been successful at this just for using their name so request a feedback removal through Amazon
