Orders sitting in pending for 2 weeks - Anyone else experiencing this?
I have 7-8 orders that are all in pending - awaiting payment verification - some now for 1-2 weeks. I haven't experienced orders sitting in pending for this long before and I am wondering if anyone knows why this might be happening or if it is happening to anyone else? Could this be an issue with Amazon and if so is there a way to have it corrected? Everything is fulfilled through FBA...
Any help would be appreciated

There is definitely "something" going on.
By chance I noticed a book sitting in Inactive Inventory, and I knew I did not remove it from Active. It took about 24 hours for that order to show up; and it did not appear as "pending". That I thought was unusual.
Having said that, 2 weeks is a lot. 7-8 orders? Can't imagine that many buyers having payment verification issues.
Amazon used to have a blurb about giving buyers 7 days to verify payment methods (can't find it now).
As far as I know there's nothing you can do to speed up the process.
I did have a buyer once contact me because his order wasn't being confirmed. I suggested maybe it's due to a payment issue; to which he stated that couldn't be it. I suggested he call "customer service" and within minutes, the order came through. (You can do this if it so happens that a buyer contacts you about this). Good luck

We have around 200 FBA orders in pending status for around 2 weeks now, and the issue is likely with the FC that has the inventory which in our case is YYC1. All of the inventory has been received and was in available status i.e. it is not being transshipped.
I don't believe there's anything that can be done by us about this except to wait and keep raising the issue with Seller Support in that hope that someone flags it to a team that can help resolve it. So far we've had no luck and continue to wait.

Good news is since my talk with support all orders started going through. Appreciate the support everyone :)

I've got 4 FBA orders at 2 weeks, 2 in 3 weeks and 1 at 2 MONTHS since the customers ordered them and amazon still hasnt shipped them.
Don't know what's going on but it's certainly something.

I am following up on this post, thank you so much all for your input, and the good advice of reach out seller support about the pending order if this one is being pending for more than 48 hours. This practice can prevent any other possible delay/issue than payment verification, it could happen to the order.
