Request to update my business information after 10 years.

Has anyone else received request to update Business information for my Amazon Selling Account. I submitted everything 10 years ago and nothing has changed besides the address of my physical store location. Any ideas what's going on?

We did in the spring, signed up in 2019. Everyone is getting hit with the Canadian Government Reverifications requirements.

After 20+ years selling, I got one as well this month. Amazon.ca did post about it back at the start of the year:

New identification requirements for Amazon.ca sellers

To comply with Canadian laws, we have updated the list of information and documentation required to sell on Amazon.ca.

If you’re an Amazon.ca business seller currently selling on the store, you’ll be asked to provide additional business information, such as beneficial owner data, and documentation, such as self-attestation and authorization documents.

No action is required from you until we notify you on your Account Health dashboard to provide this information. This process will begin at the end of January 2025 and continue through the year.

You’ll have 60 days after you receive a notification to comply with these requirements. If the required information and documentation isn’t provided within this timeline, your account may be deactivated.

Yup got the same email today. Nothing has changed. We ae a supplier to Amazon. THEY sell goods purchased from us to THEIR customers. They trick everybody to think that YOU are selling to YOUR customers. This is Incorrect, if you think I am wrong, pull the address etc from a 3-4 month old order and you are not allowed to see that. This is only true if you have no rights. Lets not get talkig about AZ Claims. The you will realize, you are NOT a vendor with cutomers, you are a Vendor to ONE customer. This is NOT a requirment if you are selling to a customer.

Anyway I complyed and reset the same information that was submitted YEARS ago.

Does anyone know what form will work for this? I sent in my orignal business registration document from CRA and it says it is out of date (must be dated within the past 180 days). I've tried three different forms and all are being rejected for this same reason. Is it AI on the other end of these communications? Very frustrating..
