Why does Amazon refuse to drop the complaint after resolving the customer misunderstanding??

The misunderstanding between me and the customer has been resolved, and the other party has withdrawn the complaint. However, the Amazon platform has refused this change, which is really puzzling and extremely unfair to the seller.

If it was an ODR issue, it will disappear when the 60 day time period is up.
Call me cynical, but Amazon has never been about fairness for the Seller (too much effort required). What amazon wants are Sellers who have problem free sales.
