I would suggest opening up a case with seller support and ask to be transferred to an FBA specialist for them to provide you an accurate answer since depending on the FC where that removal order was placed, it would be best for our FBA team to provide you insight on this regard.
Do let me know what their answer is, and if needed I can jump in if they response doesn't clarify your concern.
