I see that you would like some clarity as to why your on time delivery rate (OTDR) metric has been impacted. I am here to provide support for you.

First, I wanted to clarify that the target metric for OTDR is over 90%, so if the metric is at 0%, this is why your account may be at-risk of deactivation. Our updated policy requires a minimum 90% OTDR without promise extensions to have seller-fulfilled products listed on Amazon.com. Since you mentioned that you only shipped one FBM order, your metric calculation would make sense if that order was found to be OTDR non-compliant.

To ensure that your orders are OTDR complaint--the order must be DELIVERED on or before the "deliver by" date in seller central OR the following conditions must be met...

-The shipped SKU was assigned to a shipping template with Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) enabled.

-Your account has automated handling time (AHT) enabled.

-You bought an “OTDR Protected” shipping label on Amazon Buy Shipping.

Can you confirm if all 3 of the above mentioned conditions were met for this order?

You mentioned that you shipped it out earlier than expected. Can you confirm that the carrier delivered it by the "deliver by" date listed in seller central? If not, this is likely the reason your OTDR was impacted.

I know this is a lot of information but I hope it is helpful for you. If you want me to take a look at the order ID specifically, post it here and I will review all the details.

I am looking forward to your response and I hope you have a great rest of the day.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
