When is Amazon going to fix the customization problem with their new version
I have text customization as an option for customers and I have selected "Not Required" but it still forces a customer to put something in the personalization box or they cannot complete their transaction. I thought they would fix it fairly quickly but it has been months and no change. It is making for a very poor experience for customers that do not want to do the personalization.
