Hello everyone,
I’m facing a serious issue with my Amazon Seller account. The account was deactivated due to inactivity. I tried to reactivate it by updating my payment method, but the system keeps rejecting my valid credit card.
Here are the key points of the problem:
– I’m using a valid credit card (not prepaid, not virtual)
– The billing address exactly matches the one on my bank statement
– I contacted my bank and they confirmed that there is no issue with the card
– I receive error messages saying the payment method is invalid
– I’m now being asked to complete identity verification, but I can’t even access the section to submit documents since the payment update doesn’t go through
I have already contacted Seller Support multiple times by email and phone, but the issue is still not resolved.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there any way to escalate the issue or get a manual review?
