Amazon suspended my account. Since I couldn't send it 6 months before me, it asks for tracking numbers, delivery proofs of the orders I canceled. How can I provide proof of delivery and tracking number if I haven't shipped the package?

How come you didn't ship your packages? That's probably why you were suspended. You made sales, took the customers money and then didn't ship their packages.

You are responsible for providing Amazon and its customers with a valid, traceable tracking number if the items are in Shipped status. If you do not meet these requirements, it is normal for your account to be deactivated.
