Amazon translate our listings wrong and customers are furious

Our product cover 250 square feet. That's what we put in our description.

When a French customer shop our product, they see 300 square meters...

Then, once they receive their order, they see 250 square feet on the box.

Can an Amazon rep help us here on what we should do?

Hello @Seller_zrl6lIhGm1DSZ

Thank you very much for reaching out in Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be glad to assist.

I understand you're having an issue with an ASIN with incorrect information in the detail page. Let me help you out.

To continue researching this issue, I went ahead and looked for an active Seller Support case but couldn't find one. Do you happen to have an open case with Seller Support yet? If so, please share it with me in the thread.

Additionally, I have a few questions to better understand the problem. Where is this incorrect translation located? Is it in the product title, description or on the dimensions showing on the detail page? Where exactly is it showing?

Also, when you say that this happens to your French customers, what do you mean exactly? Are you referring to french customers shopping in Amazon.ca or french customers in Amazon.fr?

Please go ahead and share as many details as you can, so I can further look into this case.

Regards,

Lucre_Amazon
