Closing Out Return Request
Hey guys,
Wasn't able to find the relevant Amazon.ca policy although I saw references to a limit on Amazon.com forums... but a customer ordered product 48 days ago, requested a return (authorized 38 days ago) and no sign that they are returning now (likely didn't want to pay for the return label after all).
Is there a policy I can quote and close the return request without penalty if it's past some time limit? I've received no tracking number or notifications either.

Amazon's return policy is 30 days after delivery.
We wait until 30 days after return authorization and then close off the return.
