Over 24 hour SLA messages
Does anybody experience here where the message widget says you have 1 message over 24hr SLA but when you clicked that, it doesn't show any? I have answered all the messages that needed response but unsure why there is tis particular message we do have 1 message over 24-hr SLA.

Yes. Many times.
I have also seen well structured brands not answer messages for weeks...and nothing happens to their account.

This is Roberto. I'd like to follow up on your post and confirm we have indeed received other reports from selling partners on this issue.
The team that owns the Buyer-Seller messaging system has recently acknowledged that there was a bug causing this issue. They have fixed the issue, and it should be back to normal.
If you are still seeing this issue, please raise a case with our Seller Support team with screenshots so it can be reported.
