What happened with confirm shipping with "PUROLATOR" and VTR rate
Around 4 month ago I have open a discuss with https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/46e38b95-bad3-42ec-b3fd-3a23510064cd?postId=46e38b95-bad3-42ec-b3fd-3a23510064cd and resolve this issue. But now this issue come again.
My issue is have send a package with "PUROLATOR" carrier with valid tracking id. But amazon confirm that invalid tracking id and don't calculate a valid tracking rate for my account

and from highlight record. tracking id is valid and has been delivered as image below

My question is when I confirm with "PUROLATOR". How I input a text on shipping option? or what wrong with my confirm shipment from excel file

That's a Canada Post tracking number. It even says "Delivery by Canada Post" in that screenshot.
Canada Post does the final mile delivery to the customer with PuroPost.
That tracking number comes up on Canada Post's website:

The shipping service field needs to be filled in with "Ground" or "Express" or whatever service was used with that carrier. Some carriers have a drop down, others it need to be filled in. Weird > yes!, but it affects your VTR when not filled in.
Are you using a 3rd party shipping broker who uploads the shipment data to Amazon? The issue could be with the data that they send to confirm the shipment.

I think Jpart2 is right that it's because you put Purolator but it's canada post. I am not sure about not filling in shipping service field as I don't think I've had that issue but I always fill it in.
Having said I did have an issue once where I used Purolator to ship from Canada to the US and amazon system did not recognize it. Not sure why. Figure maybe that service is new as it had just started showing up in my shipping options. Maybe will try again when I am comfortable take a single hit.
