So many scammers this year!
We had many scammers since mid of Nov, more than previous years.
They all claimed they did not receive the packages, but after we sent them the POD with signature, they became silence.
But there are two scammers opened the A-to-Z claims and Amazon refunded them immediately, the PODs match their name under order detail and one of them opened a return request before open the A-to-Z claim with reason "the items are not compatible with their system".
Need mods to help.
Order 702-5426914-5020210 and 701-0160150-0564229.
I also reported them to Purolator and UPS and will report them to police.

We deal with scammers on the daily. We just take it as a part of doing business on Amazon. Need to be lawyer-like (ChatGPT is amazing help) to deal with them all the time.

We had a client yesterday who received the packages signed off on it and then told us he didn't receive at 10:00pm and demanded a refund, we told him no and asked him to open a dispute with carrier. We also opened a case with amazon to prove proof of delivery in case an A to Z Claim was filed by him. Miraculously he received it the package in the middle of the night and now wants to return it. lol. Either way we vendors have to protect ourselves like lawyers in front of client and also in front of amazon. hope this helps.

It's cause Amazon does nothing about this BS and these people run and talk this fraud with others to do it

Tis the season!!! Everyone taking advantage of Postal Strike to claim items for free!! Also many tic toc, YouTube, social media etc. sites giving instructions on how to game the system and Amazon.
It'll take days for me to detail all the attempts I have received. some comical, juvenile, some more elaborate I gave up on caring and stopped selling expensive items.
So disappointing to Realize so many dishonest people out there if they believe they are anonymous.
