Canadian Seller, no imports, not selling outside Canada, finding Import Fees showing on my listings?
We are Canadian sellers, primarily using FBA, with a small number of FBM items, we sell exclusively to Canadian buyers and have just discovered a number of our listings with Import Fees showing on the listing.
The only reason we went to look on Amazon.ca at the detail page was the items weren't moving, but the price point said they should be moving. Have just spent the day going through all of our listings to find that 11 have import fees attached to the listing. Customers must be seeing our statement regarding Canadians not having to pay import fees and when they see they are in fact being charged import fees, the customer is probably questioning the integrity of the listing. And without looking at every listing, we had no idea that was what was happening.
Wondering why this would be and wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Did you send your inventory to US Amazon FBA warehouses and using North American Remote Fulfillment (NARF) to ship to Canadian customers?

+1 on @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftEcomment, @Seller_7djRFe3LutVD0 would you be able to share a screenshot on where you are visualizing those import fees, ASINs would be greatly appreciated and perhaps a recent order number related to one of those 11 affected ASINs just to verify.
I checked your US account and you are completely right, not a single SKU listed there and under your CA account you don't form part of the North American Remote Fulfillment, you're not even subscribed, so there is definitely something fishy going on here.
We will wait on your confirmation.

I have noticed quite a few of my listings have an extra $4 and change tagged on to the listing. particulary the ones with free shipping.
