We do not enter PST AND QST numbers in the tax settings but they appear on our Seller fee invoices

I created Case 16493340231 14 days ago(10/17(2024) but still waiting for solution.

We are an Ontario-based company that is only GST/HST registered. Although we do not enter PST and QST numbers in the Tax settings, these numbers appear in the seller fee invoice. Amazon entered the same number on PST and QST as we filled in GST/HST on the seller fee invoice.

I am attaching screenshots of my tax settings screen and the parts I mentioned in the seller fee invoice.

When I asked about this situation to our accountant her reply as below;

''That is a strange one. I don't believe any of my other sellers who have PST and QST (although not many are registered) have their registration numbers appear on their seller fee invoices. You should contact Amazon to have this issue fixed.''
