phone call back
Hi
For the past month or so, I have tried to request a call backfrom seller support.
When I go through all the steps and request the phone call, this is the message that I keep getting
"Your phone call has ended, if you need to speak with us again, request another call"
I have done this procedure many times in the past with NO isuues and always received a call back.
This past month or so , it's not working.
I have tried to get help for this issue , only to be told the same thing over and over to go through the steps.
I have received NO help in resolving this problem.

I have been experiencing the same issue as of Augus12th. I used to ask for call back support all the time and get things resolve quickly. Much better than with e-mail. Chat is the worst, they keep forwarding to internal team, which looks like a bot... and nothing get's done properly, or you need to fight for over 2-3 months and reapeat the issues. I had several critical issues, and problems, and it looks like my account is blocked or flagged. Everything is difficult. Even creating a promo on my USA Market is not working, they are making my experience as difficult as possible.
