Serious Inbound Shipment Delays - CANADA FBA - Anyone Else Facing the Same?
We are facing major receiving delays at multiple Canadian Fulfilment Centres - Including YHM1, YYZ4, YYZ3, YEG2, YYZ7 and others. We are reaching a point where we honestly do not know what else to do.
To give an idea of the scale:
- 14K units were delivered across June 2025.
- As of today (mid July) only around 7K units have been received.
- Since July 1st, only 8 more units have been received across these shipments.
We have raised multiple cases and have now been told to wait until end of August for full receipt - nearly 2 months after delivery. This is seriously concerning for us from both a cash and operational standpoint.
We are not even in peak season yet, and the turnaround times are already getting worse. We're trying to understand whether this is due to general FC Congestion, a specific system issue or possibly even the UPS delays and strikes impacting weeks after said events.
Has anyone else experienced this exact same delays or received similar guidance from Amazon?
Would really appreciate any insight or shared experiences - we're trying to figure out whether this is isolated or affecting the wider group of sellers.

One thing that may have impacted FBA intake would have been amazon's Prime days last week.
