I am new seller and I have shipped my first shipment 400 units to YYZ4 in two shipments (200 units each on one box) and one shipment was delivered on Dec 17th and became available in stock on the same day, but the second shipment which was delivered on Dec 21st and is not still on “Receiving” status. I checked with the customer support and they said that I need to wait till Jan 8th 2025 to be eligible for investigation. What I want to know is that Amazon has my units with them safe and good. Or is there any way to check whether these units been transferred to another location?.
I have read many reviews about lost/missing units.

Good question you ask. If the units are being moved to another location, you will see them under "Reserve" in your FBA Inventory.
