Buyer asking to change shipping address after order has been delivered
Item was shipped out and delivered 3 days later to the provided customers address when I received a message from the customer saying they used their old address, they have now updated their address, and asking if I could help them get it to their current address and listed their new address in the message. Any suggestions on how I proceed?

It is against Amazon policy to change an address whether before or after shipping. You can let them know that they can go to the old address and see if they can recover it, otherwise, it's against policy for you to change an address at any stage of the order.
It's a common scam tactic, so you can also mark as no response needed.

Two choices here --
Mark as 'no response needed' and take your chances with bad feedback and Amazon deciding you were not 'helpful' OR reply by noting that the PO has already delivered the item to their old address and there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it.
Let them know that they will need to contact the PO and/or the people at the old address and try to recover the item.
Just be aware that there have been some isolated cases where the 'buyer' was working with the people at the 'wrong address' to try and get free stuff. It's rare but it does happen.
I think a forwarding notice at the PO now last for up to a year so the 'buyer' should have used that when they moved!
