Chemical Safety and Compliance (CSC) Being mishandeled

Hi @Manny_Amazon, Hope you are well. We have a few Private label products that are well performing and all of a sudden we got a notification saying that they are in need of documents to fulfill some regulatory compliance. I would like to affirm that these products are not hazardous and are organic material made out of soil. They are soil bags that we buy in bulk from a supplier and put into small bags and sell on Amazon. The supplier does not have an SDS and the account health team wants us to dispute the claim which in our time spent selling on Amazon has never ever worked.

Here are the FNSKUs for both the child ASINs we really need help with this as its very disruptive and has no merit and justification as to why this got classified as a chemical it is just dirt used for plants

@Daryl_Amazon@Lola_Amazon can you please look into this item. The email states that the product is hazardous which is untrue and as mentioned earlier sds sheets are not required for soil. We want to get ahead of this before the deadline that has been assigned.

I have Amazon asking for MSDS sheets for cardboard products. It's strange.

Also we have had about 220 listings disabled due to CSC being mishandled on the Amazon side of things.

Amazon is hijacking and keeping sales to them , be de-activating listings

they need to de-activate because doing it manually it prooves that they rigg the search results, which they are

When the listing is deactivated, not even Amazon can sell it! The listing is gone! and there are no other listings!

Have you contacted any accredited labs to get the CCCR reports ?
View post

@Seller_hqxi3YkwDDnYk Yes and they don't know why we are contacting them as the CCCR report test doesn't exist for the item that Amazon wants tested and don't know why Amazon wants or how Amazon wants them tested once they receive the item.

From my understanding, if the SDS doesn't say non-hazardous, a CCCR report is required.

Not true at all in this country. There are reports of sellers paying for CCCR reports last year and Amazon didn't accept them either. I have no idea how to fix this issue, but Amazon's customers have been buying the same products elsewhere now since Amazon refuses to fix the issue with their AI

It's funny, some of them actually do actually clear off after 6 months and the asins become active again for a couple months until the AI sweeps the system again.
