The customer chose expedited delivery, we arranged for a fast logistics provider, and the customer received the package within the expected delivery time. However, after receiving the package, they wanted a refund for the expedited cost. Therefore gave poor feedback, which is not fair, I used the expedited logistics provider and paid 4 times the shipping cost and now the buyer wants to return it and gave poor feedback.
Any help I would appreciate.
