I run a Shopify store that I would love to integrate with Buy with Prime using the Shopify app, but the integration requires an Amazon Pay account, which is not currently available in Canada. Do we have a timeline as to when this will become available?

The best way to follow new service releases is to monitor the News Articles section, either through Seller Central or the Amazon forums, for launch release details. In addition to that, I suggest you take a look at the help page I have linked below.
